I have written about the economic changes of 2000 reflected in the
Uranus/Saturn squares and their connection to the new and old economies,
nature, and the de-structurizing of our "Dark Ages" beliefs regarding the
discounting of the physical world. We saw these predicted changes in
economic and natural patterns manifest and challenge the outworn beliefs of
many as the old beliefs of "no pain no gain" were brought into the new
economy and Internet virtual reality and its competition with the "old"
manufacturing economic base. We saw the effect of the fixed sign eclipses in
1999 and how they triggered enormous earth changes and dramatic weather
patterns. We now are in a reassessment phase wherein we will begin to
dissolve these old doubts to move us toward the ecstatic explosion of

The true beginning of the new millennium begins with a Solar eclipse
immediately following the ancient and celebrated winter
equinox--acknowledged by the ancients as the return of Sol, Helios,
Apollo--the sun god, bringing his warmth back once again to warm and
invigorate Gaia, the mother earth. I have taught that the physical world IS
SPIRIT in material terms, and that it is not something to be shunned,
escaped from, demeaned, inherently negative or to be abused and ignored. I
have shown by being unaffected by assaults of negativity that heaven and
hell are STATES OF BEING, and that either one is a self-created state no
matter where it is experienced, because we create our reality UTTERLY as the
product of what we believe or have been TAUGHT to believe is true.

Now, these teachings culminate and challenge you all to ACT. For action is
the conviction of belief, action evidences the convictions held, action is
the product of trust, reality is the product of trust. You live in a world
of action, the square and quadrature reflect this fact. Whatever you TRUST
as the most likely reality to be WILL BE the reality you
experience--everywhere all the time, it ALWAYS WORKS THIS WAY.

The Solar eclipse of December 25th 2000, falls in Capricorn at 4 Capricorn
14 (Sun) and 4 Capricorn 22 (Moon) moving from the Sabian symbol 4 degrees
of ordering (preparation and adjustment), and Sabian symbol 5 of
mobilization (action and participation) and announces the challenge to the
collectivity to act by mobilizing the information already acquired and
MANIFEST through trust the reality you prefer in the physical world with
conscious commandment (conjunct Mercury)-- and like the ancients, mobilize
resources for this action. Its conjunction to Mercury and sextile to Mars in
Scorpio foretells an extreme focus on commerce, monetary adjustments, and
most powerfully, the beginning of the end of old outworn beliefs of
struggle.

The eclipse opposes the US Venus/Jupiter conjunction and is a signal that
this new president is about to undo UNIFYING prosperity, and lead us into
foreign, legal, religious and economic conflict. Inflation is a very high
probability. Arrogance will be the catalyst.
Our current president elect lost the election, not only in terms of vote
count, but in effectiveness, the ability to wield power, the ability to
promote agenda, and in the confidence (which he will destroy further) of the
people. But this is necessary and positive for taking back power. The
eclipse squares George W. Bush's Neptune in house 3 from house 5 reinforcing
the above mentioned issues, especially foreign, which are NOT LIKE they were
when his father used old beliefs to stir the American populace to punish
children in Iraq as a propaganda ploy to unite us in a mission. We are
becoming one world united, and this cannot be stopped. This president will
learn through this co-created (by both the populace and him) powerless
position, that changing one's own beliefs and unifying and DEVELOPING one's
beliefs is far more powerful than trying to force one's own on others--be it
country or person. His Sun/Moon fall on the US' own defensive and insecure
Sun/Saturn square. All of our fears as a nation will now be unflatteringly
played out--which is another necessary element (along with the Clinton
scandal) to destructurize the delusional beliefs the populace holds that
these people wo serve are somehow "better" than those they serve. This
president is the symbol of my prediction of the momentum of the collectivity
to take back power from the government in ways I have previously outlined
(the first on television in 1991) the first issue being:
A) The evidence that every SINGLE person makes a difference in the creation
of the world belief and world reality as evidenced in the vote counting.
B) That when we give power to governmental institutions to take
responsibility for things we are unwilling to, they may USURP power and take
responsibility (or control of) things we may NOT want them to (Orion
negativity).

These two issues will be the indicator of the beginning of the end of the US
governmental structure (tactics) as we have known it, and a true republic
will emerge. By 2012, the changes I have discussed will bring a dramatic
paradigm shift of consciousness regarding our Galactic membership--the level
of which--shall be determined by the integration of the necessary events
from now until then.

I thank you once again for allowing me to share my views with you. If they
do not serve you, you are free to ignore them. They have no power in and of
themselves. I simply trust that the ALL knew what it was doing when it
created the idea I am, and like the Solar eclipse calls forth, will ACT like
it.

(7/4/2000-7/42001) The year revolves around security and saturation from overindulgence, in domestic and security issues as 4 planets conjoin in the sign of the Turtle or Crab (Cancer), the saturation of a country with its own resources-- perhaps to such an extent that a dissintegrating complacency from its own appetite forces it to surrender to world markets demands and the potential loss of status. Lack of respect for the diversity of cultures will bring powerful difficulties. The burning of and threats to security at Los Alamos New Mexico are your symbol of governmental self-punishment arising from guilt and self-defeating shortsightedness. The confirmation of the need to return the power of nature to the status of deity begins to return.
In focus will be the feminine resources of the US, food products, farming, housing and urban development, the sources of, and connections to entertainment industries and the creative and dramatic extension of these resources into the world. Propaganda by governments created to promote the collective consciousness' need for and belief in "protection" comes to the fore. Economic national security will be threatened. The rigidity of the "need to control" by the US will be de-structurized beginning on July 21, when the national security is disrupted with reference to CO-CREATIVE EXTENSION ISSUES (Leo, 5th house issues) most likely from computer resources and Internet
activities (death in high places is very possible that changes equations). The lunar eclipse in July accelerates the inability for the US to control information, and the rise of a new "religion". A resource crisis in the executive branch from revelation, initiates a scramble to protect security and denounce disintegrated actions. A powerful impending Asian impact now begins to unfold. The decentralization of governmental controls begins to accelerate worldwide as the INTEGRATION of all nations toward one world increases. This disintegation will arise from greed and the need to control world direction through beliefs. These areas will now be involved in powerful changes: China, Russia, Pakistan, India, Afghanistan and the western US in the area of Nevada, Utah and Arizona, where the eclipse (of July 1) brings overreaction to the threat of stable perspectives around the world.
Spiritual incorporation is the ONLY WAY OUT as Jupiter begins its trines to Neptune. Adjustment of perspective will be powerful and by the first week of 2001 the US national security discussed in the first few paragraphs regarding its security extensions and resources, are in critical position and developmental conflict from foreign countries-- and perhaps, its own public's outrage. The US public discovers its governments preoccupation and exaggeration with the control of information. The secrets of the cold wars are exposed. Now the death of Hafez Al-Assad, adds to the dramatic changes in store for the so- called "peace process." Bashar becomes his successor! The "commander"!

For July 4, 1999 to July 4, 2000 (1st installment, the 2nd installment is continued on the Earth Changes page)

    The year revolves around urgent issues (requiring closure) regarding flexibility of the imagination and ocean discoveries, other dimensional perspectives (UFO), dreams, drugs, intrigue, spying, deception regarding humanitarian concerns and humanitarian equality issues. A contradiction, conflict and paradox regarding human resources that will not find easy resolution is indicated. Also, regarding the unreal and camouflage with reference to social interactions, the congress (and the president's resources), and hopes for the world economic structure stabilization. An international power struggle from this deception, especially with resources and international law (or religious beliefs), is very high in manifestation probability. Difficulty resolving diplomatic issues and gaining control by the US (re: Legal conflicts with other countries) initiates an urgent war (most probable economic). China, is front and center. The Middle East accelerates in conflict along with India and Pakistan. Tensions are high and global economic tensions heighten as well. But this is because the world is accelerating in conscious awareness in the transformation age. Issues that have been ignored and suppressed are now rising to be resolved (yes, there is a collective Unconscious).
    These issues are in high negative profile beginning with the lunar eclipse of July 28, 1999 and August 11 (when the president, national security, and the status of a nation is questioned: Who knew what and when? re: resources). A reckless need for the US to prove itself brings legal complications and exaggerated stubbornness by economic partners. A powerful opponent must NOT be underestimated.
    Congress (the Republican right) comes under fire for deceit and limiting the country in so doing to promote more "right wing judgment" issues. The youth of the nation are especially oppositional. Poor judgment in foreign policy threatens with tremendous enduring difficulties as a result. All of the issues find positive resolution beginning on January 24, when an Arthurian perspective begins that colors speculation about the future.
    Religious power struggles continue. The Pope may not make it past the spring of the new Millennium. This event is symbolic in that the Religious structure will begin to destructurize itself as the momentum of rigidity and judgment creates an implosion. The science of following must end. Ritual has little to do with "spirituality", it only induces the powerless to continue to follow and discount their own connection to "All That Is" wherein a "personal relationship with "God" is a GIVEN. The dark moon now becomes more powerful (black Moon in astrology, which symbolizes where the positive infusion of perspective results from the removal (destructurization of unnecessary fears) of superficial and out of integrity support relied upon in the past).
    The new moon of December 7, brings powerful spiritual issues to the forefront. The eclipse of January 21 brings issues of air power and higher ideals into the world (Altair, the Flyer is emphasized) and an urgent new beginning is called for. The intellect begins to become more highly valued. February 5 completes a humanitarian alteration of consciousness and awakening of the unconscious phase 1 (the beginning was delineated by myself in the 1993 Horoscope Yearbook entitled "The Uranus/Neptune Conjunction: A Collective Unconscious Awakening".
    By the beginning of May 2000 the picture brightens when an inspirational infusion of the spiritual awareness of youth demonstrates the victorious triumph of integrity on the 1st, 13th, 29 and 30th of this month. Love is now seen to be a state of being, not something "given." The public consciousness begins to real-ize a recognition of choice with reference to political leaders and the president.
This completes the initiation of the Arcturian1 phase 1. More to come.

Here is the second installment.

    January begins with the emphasis on the 6th, when the senate bites off more than it can chew. By the 15th of January the populace will again see their "employees" in the government telling them what they will and will not do!
Promises are made, but not kept, coercion is rampant and power struggles abound. What employee would survive telling their bosses what they will and will not do?

    The new moon of the 17th is a dire indication of the power of material structures, religious factions, foreign powers. Race issues and all forms of "group power struggles" are indicated. The resources of the nation are squandered on tit for tat(prg MC conjunct N Neptune opposed by transit Jupiter). The funds and activities of the party not in power come under scrutiny, and industrial wars are possible. The ORION RIGHT insists on the attempt to control.

    The ambition of self-extension is tied to dignity. The moral majority is NEITHER! Rationalization. Pluto opposing the US Uranus IS the Orion attempt to control people! The separation of church and state has been violated.
    By Feb 2 the power structure of a nation begins to transform and awaken. The public learns of the direction of the new millennium. By the 14th national security, the president, the awakened ones bring unconscious knowledge to the fore. Conflict and contradiction accelerate. The youth of the nation begin a new push for relationship centered clarity and humanitarian concerns.

    The eclipse ushers in critical movement in science, religion ASTROLOGERS and humanitarian issues. Spin and propaganda accelerate as those out of integrity begin to see the loss of "control" as laser clarity of intention carves new paths (T Venus opp Neptune, T Pluto opposing N Uranus, T Saturn sq N Pluto) and BOTH parties are seen as the problem as ego conflicts continue over values (Prg Moon opp N Saturn). The lunar eclipse of Jan 31 brings unexpected information to light with regard to national security and US resources. Air travel affects those who resist heaven. A change of pace in March allows advisory groups for the people to come to resolutions and by the 31st an amiable public pacification brings conclusions (and the ascendance of an Arcturian). A TREMENDOUS public argumentation begins.

    As we move into the summer of 99, middle east conflicts begin to accelerate and the US SR for 99 indicates a resource/extension paradox with foreign economic collapse affecting the US resource base. The conflicts delineated by myself in 91, 93, 96 and in this projection about Y2K economic collapse will be VERY dependent upon the allowance by power structures of the shift from material to humanitarian concerns (please see the limitations of the US spiritual perspective as outlined in my text.)

    The year (from July 98 to July 99) revolves around the law, philosophy, spiritual understanding, truths, beliefs, and the conflict possible through the interaction of diverse truths.

    The law with reference to national security, the public and secrets held for manipulative advantage are exaggerated and come under public scrutiny. The public security and public trust is at issue.
International agreements and shared responsibilities of their leaders are required to reassess peace offerings and the religious and philosophical conflicts of their peoples. The armed services exaggerate information to force a view. The public consciousness shifts to greater issues of purposeful existence.
By May of 99 US secrets and communication of them accelerates empathy rather than strategy. If this is resisted and strategy continues, the bureaucracy experiences a RESOURCE CRISIS. The forcing of values and views implies the dis-belief by the forcing party in them, and in their validity. The public mind challenges the governmental manipulation of information. New information of a scientific nature with reference to our place in the universe trips up efforts to "spin." Revelations in understanding begin. On September 23, 98 and Jan 3, 99 the public philosophic perspective is clear.
    The propagandic spin machines reap what they have sown. A country of the people is exercised. The possibility of visitor interaction is great on these dates. Confusion is the beginning of wisdom. More control is assumed by a once complacent populace. On September 27 an out of control public view is best left to unfold naturally. On October 2, the armed forces again spin the need for their level of readiness for rapid deployment-deception is possible on these dates. Other countries expansion and changed status initiates another level of developmental challenge to the national philosophy. Problems the US refuses to look at are brought front and center. Power decentralization threatens the status quo. There is room for all truths. By the end of November, the challenges to the technological/territorial materialistic domination view undergo the final phase of de-structurization.
    Obsession with domination and control will quickly be doused. Racial and belief system conflict is exceedingly high at this time. Spiritual knowledge MUST be integrated into the world view.

    By Christmas day the avant garde individualistic pioneer challenges the system of Orion domination and control!! Time to wake up to Orion light! The direction of a nation is challenged! Nothing makes the darkness go-like the light! The knight is proven worthy. Dis-covery and exploration is the sign of the healthy ego and path to heaven. On January 3 the spiritual are clear, and the fearful, confused.
By the end of January 99 the Uranus/Neptune conjunction is in full swing and the rigid and powerless are revealed. There is NO ONE TRUTH! Maliciousness, does not "kill" truth. Changes in the "status" of a nation are underway. Security concerns MUST be replaced with growing trust. By February 14 the intent of the founding fathers is revealed in the brilliance of the inventor, the seeker, the "awakened ones" and the individualistic pioneer who accelerates the collective. The year revolves around relationships and the psychology of them with regard to government officials and the public consciousness. There is a profound defensiveness and protectiveness by government officials and their positions as the public consciousness gets very personal into the lives of leaders. The indirect manipulations of propoganda invites cageyness. Elusiveness will do no good. The world will be in your living room. The home and family issues of the government come to the fore as a direction.
Also at issue, the debts of the nation and financial relations with other countries, the trade deficit and deaths of those in government office. All of these affairs are subject to compulsive and temperamental disruption.

Political funds of BOTH parties and the speculation and extension profile of the nation are under extreme change and revelation. All forms of advisory groups for and of the people are extremely unstable.

The women of the nation become a prominent force, and the extension and love giving idea with regard to the feminine aspect will have great power and commands center stage. The avant garde with regard to relationship becomes the national topic. More revelations with regard to Military sexual harassment are VERY likely (Please see my "Jupiter/Uranus conjunction Intellectual Revelations" article) and the militia issue continues.

Foreign countries test our intelligence network and in science great benefits are discovered through space exploration by July 14th. This is also a date for public issues regarding those in government positions and their sexual escapades. On August 1st-4th new domestic policies, home, family and women's issues rise to prominence. Foreign intrigue and camouflage possible on October 20-22-compassion is needed. By November 18-22 the intensity of relationship and monetary issues and the recklessness in their handling becomes common knowledge that disrupts the status quo. The status of the country is tested and pressed by February 20-21, 1998 along with the president. The clash of egos. By May of 98 more militaristic or scientific revelations -this time of a positive nature. By May 30th women speak out as emotional issues of law, religion or public opinion threaten.
