This page is dedicated to historical references to the fraudulent and abusive attacks on me and my companies. The history of this attack can be seen in its years in length here where the history has been archived. The same abusers still cyberstalk me to this day.
I do not know nor have I ever emailed or spoken to Cheryl Merrill or some porn star she references, nor do I waste my time writing blogs on her, or spend one minute communicating about her in anyway. I am extremely busy with a real life and spend only a few minutes everyday online conducting business. My current Earthlink email address was used by a forger over the last 2 years as the archives show (postings in make money groups with me supposedly requesting email). My original screenname address from AOL is EHWollmann, I obtained it in 1994 and I quit using it in February 1995, and reinstated it in February of 1999 and have owned it ever since. I started using Ewollmann AOL address 5/5/1996 and stopped using Ewollmann in 1998. FORGED posts using that email address appeared for the first time on July 16, 1998 and have continued since then, so I COULD NOT have emailed this Cheryl Merrill with that address in 2007. As you can see in the archives, I complained of this email address being used by another individual after that account was closed in 1999 here: http://web.archive.org/web/19990428034927/http://www.astroconsulting.com/FAQs/propagan.htm This page cannot be altered because it is no longer on the web, therefore, this is an accurate accounting of what I posted then in 1999. Cheryl Merrill is either a liar or is being completely duped by someone using my old AOL screenname and in fact that person admits it here To be fair...Ed Wollmann is INNOCENT and Cheryl Merrill is GUILTY - alt.astrology | Google Groups. So whoever that poster is (can be determined by subpoena to AOL) is the fraud emailing her using my identity. Either way she needs help as she appears to be a lunatic stalker and is nearing the legal definition of stalking, having passed the clear definition of cyber stalking. I subpoenaed AOL and this reply shows the fraudulent and abusive nature of Cheryl Merrill's lawsuit, as it clearly shows my assertions since 2007 as accurate and true and her assertions as fraudulent and a lie. The court and law enforcement will be notified.
Other fraud asserted against me refuted below: It took me 6 years to complete two BA degrees at SDSU. I have never been evicted and my credit is fine. I am a successful astrologer, artist, consultant and real estate investor. I am not a spammer nor have I lost accounts for doing so. I have never lied or mislead anyone about anything on the internet or newsgroups. I am not a criminal. My book was inducted into the SDSU Library by a tenured social psychology professor I did research work with there. I have been attacked by spammers, bigots, abusers and hackers evidently because of my effectiveness in exposing them, and Internet providers canceling their accounts. I have been attacked by other astrologers (joining in with some abusers) who fear my views and approaches that have defeated their less than well thought-out astrological approaches. I have archived a statement on USEnet as well Edmond Wollmann FAQ Periodic Posting - alt.astrology | Google Groups Skeptictank is run by Fredric Rice, David Rice and is really Mariner Ministries, Franklin Telecom, Holysmoke.org. They have little to do with real skepticism. Most fervent harassers of astrologers or other metaphysical practitioners are by religious zealots, not scientists or real skeptics. They usually know zero about the subjects they denigrate. Steve Burnette set up a website (www.SMBTECH.com) accusing me of being an abuser of the abuse system along with other individuals who abused alt.astrology, me and the group I created, his accusations are completely false and it was created to attempt to convince Internet service providers that this was true so that I would perhaps lose some of my effectiveness in reporting spammers, abusers and hackers and evidently to try to destroy the credibility of me and my work and cause me to lose income or opportunities. He is one of the abusers who frequented alt.astrology and is a bigot and hater along with the people he cites as "witnesses" of my so-called abuse because I did not cower to their demands that the subject I am a professional in, is somehow fraudulent. Below is a past case filed against some of these abusers in California who still abuse me and the group without recourse from real admins. The full case is public record.
