Astroconsulting Main Page
The following are some essays I have written with reference to my views in general
terms covering some astrological/psychological/empowerment issues. All are a
blending of academia, the work of Bashar, Seth, psychological principles set forth over
the years by astrologers such as Grant Lewi and Noel Tyl, as well as modern psychological
concepts, especially those put forth by Carl Jung. These pages are updated with new essays

ARCTURUS-
A star in the constellation Bootes;"the
lofty" one, the one who rules, and the coming one by the Egyptians. This star is the
center of many solar systems and represents the distribution and flow of information
regarding agreements and contracts made by individuals in the higher state of
consciousness. Its energy reflects the idea of "the gatekeeper" that allows
and/or controls the flow of awareness to this system. The Chalice is the recognition that
"The King and the land are one and the same" (ARTHURIAN philosophy), or "I
and the father are one and the same" (Christian philosophy). ARCTURUS represents the
gatekeeper of the chalice. It is approximately 24 degrees Libra at this time.
ARCTURUS- Bootis. - 23 Libra 7,.
Notes. A golden-yellow star situated on the Left knee of Bootes. From Arktouros, the Bear
Guard. Also called AArctophilax, the Bear Watcher ; and Alchameth, Azimech, and other
variants of Al Simak, the Lofty One. According to Bullinger Arcturus means He Commeth, and
was called Smat, One who rules, and Bau, the Coming One, by the Egyptians.

Arcturus =known also as Alpha Bootis, an orange first magnitude star,
the brightest in the constellation Bootes. Arcturus is the 6th brightest star in the sky
and is 35 light years from Earth. Its diameter is 35 times that of the sun and an
intrinsic luminosity 80 times that of the sun, Visual Magnitude 0.2, Spectral type K,
distance in light years 35-36.
In 1987 at a channeling in La Jolla California, I asked Bashar (channelled by Darryl
Anka) about a dream I had of a computer horoscope with EM1 Arcturus (horoscope) written on
it, and that somehow this was connected to the distance between the bodies of the Sun and
the dark body that traverses our solar system in a very long trajectory (counterpart
nemesis to the sun), and the reflection represented of the distance between our
(perceived) conscious self and shadow self-he answered;
"You can recognize the electromagnetic vibration of Arcturus, to be the higher
vibratory resonance plane that contains both the polarities of the bright star (sun) and
the dark star (nemesis) represented in your system. And that if you can simply focus on
the fundamental vibrational frequency of the tip of the triangle (Apex) you will then
contain them both, and in containing them both, you can shorten any distance you perceive
between them. For you are looking down-symbolically-from another plane of existence
altogether, when you look through the eyes of Arcturus.
A symbol that can be utilized that we have shared with many of you to help you focus on
the vibratory plane of Arcturus energy and consciousness-is a white 12 pointed star,
against an orange circle, against a black background.

A Mandala is a universal symbol of the self and/or soul entity. A symbol of
completeness. The Horoscope is a Mandala. It is divided into polarities of masculine and
feminine, as well as the four temperament types found in the Kiersey temperament sorter
and Jung's four psychological functions in psychology. These are related to the four
Cardinal points, the elements and the persona creation through belief, emotion, and
thought.
According to Carl Jung each individual has a masculine and feminine side. Masculine,
positive or active being animus and feminine, negative or passive being the anima. The
successful integration of these aspects within each individual allows for the defensive
aspects of personality to be virtually non- existent, and dis-ease all but eliminated.
Biologically, this concept corresponds to the active and passive transport of nutrients
and chemicals in a cell.
Jung took Astrology seriously and regarded it as fundamental, and representative of his
ideas with regard to the Mandala.
"Originally he regarded astrology as a
function of time...but must be understood as a "stream of energy filled with
qualities,"so that the time quality peculiar to that moment of a man's birth also
attaches to his character and possibly to his fate as well.
The old astrological stellar myths are expressions of these intuitively
grasped time qualities. They are archetypal images, involuntary creations of the
"knowing unconscious," which primitive man projected upon the stars. Jung wrote
in a letter in (June 1960):
'"We must bear in mind that we do not make projections, rather
they happen to us. This fact permits the conclusion that we originally read our first
physical, and particularly psychological, insights in the stars. In other words, what is
farthest is actually nearest. Somehow, as the Gnostics surmised, we have
"collected" ourselves from out of the cosmos."'
The Mandala is almost always a circular shape (which symbolizes the soul or whole self,
that contains designs, and is often divided into four parts. The horoscope, although a
mathematical representation of celestial positioning, is also a Mandala, and therefore
requires an Art/Science approach to delineation.
"Jung's conception of personality is complex...His observations
often dwelled on the multiple, contradictory forces in life: 'I see in all that happens
the play of opposites' (1963, p. 235). Yet he was also one of the first to conceptualize a
self that actively strives for oneness and unity. Jung saw the self (the striving for
wholeness) as an archetype that is expressed in many ways. The expressions of the striving
for wholeness include the Mandala (a magic circle archetype) and various religious and
transcendental experiences. He devoted much of his life to the study of these expressions
in primitive societies, alchemy, mythology, dreams, and symbols. To achieve unity and
wholeness, the individual must become increasingly aware of the wisdom available in his or
her personal and collective unconscious and must learn to live in harmony with it..."
Mandala....Well, it is just one typical archetypal form. It is what is
called ultimo exquadra circulae, the square in the circle, or the circle in the
square. It is an age-old symbol that goes right back to the pre-history of man. It is all
over the Earth and it either expresses the Deity or the self; and these two terms are
psychologically very much related, which doesn't mean that I believe that God is the self
or that the self is the God. I made the statement that there is a psychological relation,
and there is plenty of evidence for that." "It is, we should say, the main
archetype."

"Astrology is assured recognition from psychology, without further restriction,
because astrology represents the summation of all psychological knowledge of

It works in another worldly sense in that non-physical reality is really the template
for the physical world. The physical world is the shadow. In this way the non-physical
template acts as a springboard for beliefs and ideas which is what the entire Multiverse
is made of living light. This light is the consciousness of "All That
Is" or God which is manifesting in all the ways it can forever. Which part
of it shall we deem "better" than another?
Then, these archetypes or ideas as they manifest within the mind of "All That
Is" are reflected in the physical because the physical is the effect of
them. The physical is the effect of the mental-not the other way around (please see my
"Mind/Matter Mirror" article). We are a part of All That Is, therefore WE are
all the ways it has of expressing itself. It expresses itself in an infinite array of
archetypal configurations (arrangement of ideas basically).
Therefore when these archetypes manifest the all of physicality they carry this pattern of
the non-physical template into the physical-well there is really not any time
"while" this is happening, and so we discovered the idea of synchronicity (Carl
Jung), which explains why it appears that these archetypes manifest everywhere all
at once, because that is "really" what is "happening". Since time
and space are illusions and simply effects of physical focus, nothing ever really
goes anywhere, it only changes, and the changes are simply our sequential focus on things
that are actually existent all at once, right now. The changing of our mind in linear
fashion.

So when we look at the time of birth when the being becomes physical we are able to see
the primal energy sea and its "frozen version" (frozen in time that is)
reflected in synchronistic fashion in the heavens from this archetypal
arrangement in the nonphysical template. Because there is no such thing as time/space
except when you are focused in it (by being physically existent) it appears in
the "moment" that this one vibrational frequency (the timing of the birth and
corresponding geometric configurations) or idea, that reflects the specific conglomeration
of primal archetypal blending at the time then becomes or is reflected in the being that
carries it forth through time in its expressions with will to manifest it in an
infinite array of ways.
As the primal energy changes sequentially through time, we are able to measure these
changes in consciousness by the movement of the planets etc. because they reflect these
energies by their geometric configurations which is the expression of the energy in
physicality through math. Because math is a specific function of the
physical world and its mechanistic operations, we experience the idea of DEduction.
INduction is the reflection of our free will within the DEductive parameters.
"According to general relativity, the concept of space detached from any physical
content does not exist. The physical reality of space is represented by a field whose
components are continuous functions of four independent variables-the coordinates of space
and time. It is just this particular kind of dependence that expresses the spatial
character of physical reality.
Since the theory of general relativity implies the representation of physical reality by a
continuous field, the concept of particles or material points cannot play a fundamental
part, nor can the concept of motion." Albert Einstein
In other words a way to measure the effects of our choice to create time and space and be
a being within it while we are creating it.
"The theoretical idea (atomism in this case) does not arise apart from and
independent of experience; nor can it be derived from experience by a purely logical
procedure. It is produced by a creative act." Albert Einstein
"I am able to prove," wrote the great German mathematician, Leibnitz "that
not only light, color, heat, and the like, but motion, shape, and extension too are mere
apparent qualities."

So we are the reality it appears we exist within. Therefore there is no mystery why
it works if we understand these things, because it is simply a given that it
would if we can fully comprehend all the paradigms that support this assertion and the
recognition that it is just one aspect of "All That Is" (us as beings) looking
back at another aspect of itself. It is really an illusion to believe we are separate, not
that we are one. Therefore, the question as to why it works is based on this illusion and
is basically one of a lack of awareness and that is all. It works because we and the
apparently "outer space" are actually all one thing working in synchronous
accord, perfect harmony and reflection.
Those who hear not the music-
Think the dancers mad.
The constellations (which are groups of stars and configurations) are really not
capable of being "ruled" by any body in our solar system. Like the
light that is focused through a camera, the energies outside of our solar system
are simply focused through the planet(oids) and bodies of our system. It is
actually the signs that rule (supersede in consciousness terms) the planets.
The sign's archetypal reference is then best distilled by certain bodies over
other bodies in our system that more closely align with the energies of the
constellation. Conscious mind functions and the aspects of persona being more focused, are
closer in to the conscious mind source or source of physicality, the Sun.
Therefore the further out we go in orbital path (consistent orbital path) the deeper into
aspects of the unconscious we go; hence Chiron, the planetoid of transition
cannot "rule" (or distill) conscious mind functions as well as it can reflect
the transition from physical conscious focus (Saturn) to higher mind and
unconscious recognitions (Uranus)since its orbit falls between them. The lens of the
camera best focuses light sources that its distance from the projection point was
designed to focus.
The "light" of the universe is distilled and brought into our awareness and
consciousness through the "lenses" of the planetary archetypal references (the
bodies therein) based on major orbital positioning. This light is then colored,
filtered, or in other ways altered with nuance through the lesser lenses of planetoid and
asteroid bodies.
When the student is ready, the planetary position and body is experienced more
consciously as the consciousness of self expands to meet the orbit of the
planetary consciousness that acts as the lens there. Upon incarnation the consciousness begins
to focus in its journey to rebirth at Pluto as it moves toward the light center; after
incarnation consciousness expands back to meet its source.
It is upon our awakening from the focused dream of physicality that Chiron
assists in this awakening through the transition of perspective from wounded
(Saturn) to healed (Uranus) by the simple change of mind, that then
allows for its true nature to be known and experienced.
These external symbols are the externalized versions of the universal premise of
consciousness workings within. The better these are understood, the more the external in
known and understood. Because it is the mirror of mind through matter.
The understanding of all of the "lenses" in this system is known as the
Christ consciousness; wherein you realize that you are the system you previously believed
you existed within. Then these "systems (solar group together in like consciousness
around the star Arcturus to form the light of lights, then around..) form larger groups,
until it is seen that you are the Multiverse and "All That Is" that you
thought existed outside of you.
It is Chiron that assists in reflecting to us the necessary transition of mind that is
needed to wake up and re-member the unconscious forgotten knowledge at Uranus-when that
occurs, very little is a "shock" (Uranus).
"The senses turn outward; Man therefore looks towards what is outside, and sees
not the inward being. Rare is the wise man who shuts his eyes to outward things and so
beholds the glory of the Atman within." The Upanishads
For those so interested, karma is the momentum of an idea within the idea exploration
of "ALL-That-Is (the mind of God). It is the natural flow of e-motion (energy motion)
that every intention possesses as it is released through the creative extension (5th
house-Leo) and expression.
There is not any punishment involved. The horoscope has 4 cardinal points that have 3
segments each (the pyramidal structure and the structure of DNA nucleotide bases). These 3
segments make up the 3 grand crosses of Cardinal (belief), Fixed (emotion), and Mutable
(thought) (Bashar). The persona or personality is basically an artificial construct based
upon these bases of belief/emotion and thought (because ego is the effect of the focused
illusion of time and space). All of experiential reality is created from this base(the
number 4 and the square represent physicalization in the material world), hence the
horoscopic patterns reflect the archetypal construction that the entire identity (physical
and non-physical) creates as an effect of the definitions it holds-or the configuration of
archetypal reference that it has chosen to experience, its vibrational frequency. The
fixed signs and/or the 2nd, 5th, 8th, and 11th houses reflect this accumulation of belief
momentum, which is then disseminated into the mutable or Cadent houses as experiential
reality. Your karma or reincarnational momentum is your chart.
Everything we have and are is the result of effort. It reflects the intentional
definitions held. If you wish to change momentums you must change definitions. It is
simple mechanics. To change definitions you must first be able to imagine (image-in, this
is reflected in your moon sign) a new definition-trust it, and if you trust it, you will
act like it, imagination is the initiator of real-ization. Action is the conviction of
belief. (Please refer to self-empowering definitions).Retrograde planets reflect the
energy connected to the planet and sign in a pendulum swing in extreme, it is in a state
of repression and reassessment. When the analytically correct application of the planet is
absorbed (please refer to projection post), it turns forward and becomes a non-issue and
the pendulum swing stops. This is called Samsara.
The goal is to get off the wheel of karma and make free will decisions based on natural
aggression, following your bliss and excitement (Uranus) not guilt and fear (Saturn=to
saturate with material consciousness).

The planets Venus and Mars are the planets that reflect the idea of identity and it's
validation factors. The feminine (Venus) and masculine (Mars) functions represent the
energy of an idea-that drives an idea-and its corresponding resource-fullness and
reflection in physicality, respectively.
Venus, the lens of the lights of Taurus and Libra with its heavy clouds, reflects the
light of the Sun brilliantly-and hence symbolizes the belief in resource-fullness and mind
reflected through matter. The ability to have what we need when we need it (the true
definition of abundance). This reflecting and absorption of the light of the sun allows
this feminine function to nurture and support the driving force of
identity in its exploration of itself (Mars). It is self worth and a feeling (belief) in
the unlimited support of the Multiverse that allows us to creatively extend ourselves and
give love with trust (Leo, the 5th and the Sun).
Mars, the rocky and almost atmosphereless planet acts as the lens of the light of
Aries, the manifestation of identity definition and separation from "All That
Is" as one of the different ways it has of expressing itself through each and every
one of us. Natural aggression is the synchronistic, effortless expression of the idea you
are at any given moment with trust. This trust is a given when the belief in
resource-fullness reflected through Venus and its support of the identity through
mirroring (Libra=an instructive way to view the self) and the knowingness that the idea we
are must have its accompanying support structure and all the
"materials" it needs in order to become the idea that Mars and the
identity choose to express. Mars equates to the driving force or spirit of the Multiverse,
and Venus to the supportive mind as material that perpetuates and actualizes that
spirit-again, the mind/matter mirror.
In a study of a "desire to help", individuals were separated into 2 groups, one
group received a cookie before being asked for help, and another group given nothing. The
these groups were asked to help another individual who needed it for as long as they
could. The same groups were also asked to distract persons or to interfere with something
they were doing.
It was found that the participants who were given something as simple as a cookie before
hand, helped 69 minutes as opposed to those with no cookie who only offered an average of
17 minutes. But as for distracting or interfering with another, the group with no cookie
before hand, distracted someone else 64 minutes as opposed to the pre-cookie group who
were only willing to "cause trouble" 20 minutes in comparison.
This study reflects the idea of self-empowerment as I have discussed many times-for when
individuals feel (believe) that the Multiverse (in the form of persons or otherwise) is
supportive of them, that they are validated and worthy, less preoccupied with self
limitation, and generally have the nurturing and support of worth and a sense of
abundance (Venus) then natural aggression as opposed to powerless or unnatural
aggression is more likely to be expressed. There is no sense of "losing"
something, if unlimited resource or positive support is perceived.
Venus and Mars reflect this identity validation and feelings of worth and empowerment as
has been described in the idea of integrity;
That every person is as powerful as he/she needs to be to create whatever they desire in
their reality, without having to hurt or malign anyone else or themselves in order to do
so. (Bashar)
All persons, in this writers belief therefore are inherently positive or "good".
And that only through perceived threat and beliefs in resource-lessness or identity
invalidation, do we become less than helpful or unnaturally aggressive. Allow yourself
therefore to believe that "All That Is" deemed you important enough to create you
and by implication would not hold the support of the Multiverse from you and your
expression.
Venus and Mars reflect this universal premise, of action and support of that action.
