Now, Contrary to stated opinions by astrologers in the astrological
community, eclipses carry an effect for 6 month periods, and it is my view that
there is no reason to "postpone" anything during an eclipse period.
Because we cannot escape our creations, remember, this sort of "using
astrology to avoid pitfalls" thinking is an illusion and places
the power outside of the self--where nothing "really" is. If one
maintains a conscious awareness of one's own beliefs, there are never any "dis-
asters" arising from plans not proceeding as "expected". Even IF
they are not what was expected. Every moment--once again-- is a stepping stone
to the next moment, and if you invalidate ANY stepping stone, then you yourself
remove from the path you are, the ability to GET to the next stepping stone most
completely. Being all you can be from moment to moment is the ONLY way to
completely embrace the next stepping stone. Remember, it is the Unexpected
(non-judged future probability acceptance) that allows us to learn what we need
to learn to most completely be who we DESIRE TO BE. I serve astrologers in this
way, to expand their consciousness of powerless perspectives they hold, and have
been completely unaware of, until my emergence into their consciousness in 1996.
Now, I stated I would give specifics about the eclipse triggering (as I did for
9/11 on Michael Mercury's radio show wherein I gave the precise date of the
eclipse triggering by Mars of the June eclipse of 2001, which reflected an
economic war, which triggered the World trade towers crashing, I also stated
that a "sword will pierce your heart"
regarding the presidency of George W. Bush when his victory as head of state was
announced on CNN in message ID 8uc8gm$38e$1@nnrp1.deja.com,
meaning the attack would be in the heart of the US).
The critical points of triggering reflected by planetary signatures for this
idea, will be as follows:
The strongest point of probable triggering (remember all predictions are the
sensing of the MOST LIKELY events to occur based on the momentum at present,
they are not set in stone) will be the period of June 19th-22nd, when Saturn
conjoins the eclipse point.
The next powerful are in descending order as follows;
July 28, August 18, September 12, 13, 29, 30 and December 2 2001.
The critical degree station of Saturn on October 11, will also be a powerful
significator of possible communications and travel disruptions both economically
and via air travel.

I first wrote "The Integrated Astrological Guide to Self-Empowerment" over 10 years ago now, in anticipation of the dramatic need for the
idea of self-responsibility and taking back power from factions that the collective unconsciously, and without awareness, has relinquished power
to for thousands of years.
The Eclipse of June 2002 will bring dramatic changes in religious and political power struggles around the world. The forcing of information
and ideas.
As I have discussed before (and will be explored in great detail in my second book "Release From Orion") the energy of Orion is the
domination and ego control needs of a collectivity or group (likened to Sagittarius/Capricorn/Scorpio). The RELEASE from Orion, is the
acceleration of these ideas to such an extent around the globe, that (like all momenta ideologically) becomes so glaringly obvious, that
actions, laws, and new orientations are implemented to deal with them.
The terrorist issues-- and the scandals in religious hierarchies-- are the PRECURSORS to the acceleration of this idea, and more pronounced
coming soon.
These groups of structured control perspectives, are the effect of the belief in hierarchy and domination, and hence, powerlessness. This
powerlessness is exhibited in the need to force opinions and ideas upon others whose ideas are not in line with those who insist upon
theirs as the one.
Now, the principle behind the idea of following one's inspiration and trusting the individuation one has chosen in this life, will now be
critically assessed and tested. The natural wisdom behind following one's bliss, is in the contributions that are necessary and a PART of
the collective success that one makes SIMPLY by being all one can be.
By being the most you can be in integrity, the ALL IS THUS SERVED.
This is reflected in the degree of the eclipse.
The degree of Gemini 19-moving to 20 is symbolized in the Sabian assembly as "A Cafeteria"; This is the symbol of the facility with
which men organize their own special experience for the benefit of the community at large."....The keyword is supply. When positive, the
degree is a fullness of contribution and an effectiveness of requisition in all personal relation ships, and when negative, a
chronic inability to make decisions or a hopelessly dilettante
spirit." (pg 228) The US currently expresses the more negative aspect of this idea
(Mars).
Now, because this degree and eclipse oppose Pluto (and conjoins Saturn), the power struggles will be great, and the US will become
entangled in the struggles between nations as the Orion Black League struggle for light and balance. The distribution and responsibilities
of the US military (Mars is being struck) will become burdensome and
unrealistic and our so-called leader George W. Bush will be challenged beyond his capabilities and resources. Because his Uranus in Gemini
also is involved, his own unconscious rigidity and habitualistic ritualistic psychological defenses against true spiritual growth will
become glaringly apparent (along with George senior, a Gemini). The
inability to move off of Gemini 19 "a slavish worship of tradition and authority" (Orion). The lack of foresight will be his undoing.
This idea in symbolized in the Nemesis. This eclipse will bring the precursor to the coming opposition of Pluto to the US mars (military
and war).
The key to all conflict has been spoken over and over--there is NO ONE TRUTH, except that the truth is the composition of all truths.
It is NOT a matter of survival of the fittest, it is a matter of recognizing the all in one, and the one in all.

I have written about the economic changes of 2000 reflected in the
Uranus/Saturn squares and their connection to the new and old economies, nature,
and the de-structurizing of our "Dark Ages" beliefs regarding the
discounting of the physical world. We saw these predicted changes in economic
and natural patterns manifest and challenge the outworn beliefs of many as the
old beliefs of "no pain no gain" were brought into the new economy and
Internet virtual reality and its competition with the "old"
manufacturing economic base. We saw the effect of the fixed sign eclipses in
1999 and how they triggered enormous earth changes and dramatic weather
patterns. We now are in a reassessment phase wherein we will begin to dissolve
these old doubts to move us toward the ecstatic explosion of creative expression

The true beginning of the new millennium begins with a Solar eclipse
immediately following the ancient and celebrated winter solstice--acknowledged by
the ancients as the return of Sol, Helios, Apollo--the sun god, bringing his
warmth back once again to warm and invigorate Gaia, the mother earth. I have
taught that the physical world IS SPIRIT in material terms, and that it is not

The Solar eclipse of December 25th 2000, falls in Capricorn at 4 Capricorn 14
(Sun) and 4 Capricorn 22 (Moon) moving from the Sabian symbol 4 degrees of
ordering (preparation and adjustment), and Sabian symbol 5 of mobilization
(action and participation) and announces the challenge to the collectivity to
act by mobilizing the information already acquired and MANIFEST through trust
the reality you prefer in the physical world with conscious commandment
(conjunct Mercury)-- and like the ancients, mobilize resources for this action.
Its conjunction to Mercury and sextile to Mars in Scorpio foretells an extreme
focus on commerce, monetary adjustments, and most powerfully, the beginning of
the end of old outworn beliefs of struggle.

The eclipse opposes the US Venus/Jupiter conjunction and is a signal that
this new president is about to undo UNIFYING prosperity, and lead us into
foreign, legal, religious and economic conflict. Inflation is a very high
probability. Arrogance will be the catalyst.
Our current president elect lost the election, not only in terms of vote
count, but in effectiveness, the ability to wield power, the ability to promote
agenda, and in the confidence (which he will destroy further) of the people. But
this is necessary and positive for taking back power. The eclipse squares George
W. Bush's Neptune in house 3 from house 5 reinforcing the above mentioned
issues, especially foreign, which are NOT LIKE they were when his father used
old beliefs to stir the American populace to punish children in Iraq as a
propaganda ploy to unite us in a mission. We are becoming one world united, and
this cannot be stopped. This president will learn through this co-created (by
both the populace and him) powerless position, that changing one's own beliefs
and unifying and DEVELOPING one's beliefs is far more powerful than trying to
force one's own on others--be it country or person. His Sun/Moon fall on the US'
own defensive and insecure Sun/Saturn square. All of our fears as a nation will
now be unflatteringly played out--which is another necessary element (along with
the Clinton scandal) to destructurize the delusional beliefs the populace holds
that these people who serve are somehow "better" than those they serve.
This president is the symbol of my prediction of the momentum of the
collectivity to take back power from the government in ways I have previously
outlined (the first on television in 1991) the first issue being:
A) The evidence that every SINGLE person makes a difference in the creation
of the world belief and world reality as evidenced in the vote counting.
B) That when we give power to governmental institutions to take
responsibility for things we are unwilling to, they may USURP power and take
responsibility (or control of) things we may NOT want them to (Orion
negativity).
These two issues will be the indicator of the beginning of the end of the US
governmental structure (tactics) as we have known it, and a true republic will
emerge. By 2012, the changes I have discussed will bring a dramatic paradigm
shift of consciousness regarding our Galactic membership--the level of
which--shall be determined by the integration of the necessary events from now
until then.

themselves. I simply trust that the ALL knew what it was doing when it created

Now, I have tried to illuminate how important one's VIEW is, if you believe
things are outside of you and are disempowered, this Capricorn eclipse will
challenge you to ACT to find center (clue: if you blame the external you are
NOT integrating). If you believe in your own creative power of choice, the
acting will be with conviction on your integral inspirations with trust.
The events that are now unfolding (of murder and negativity) are reflective
of POWERLESS beliefs, wherein the individual attacks the external in blame
for thie reality (Saturnian/Capricornian). This idea will become especially
strong when the Sun or moon (and other planets) squares or opposes the
eclipse degree. This will begin with the planets with Venus on February 7,
8, (and by Rx on April 7, 8, and again on May 3, 4.) with the Sun on March
24, 25, Mercury on April 8, 9 and various moon times every 27 or so days.
Consult your ephemeris for times.
If you have Cardinal signs planet or point placements at this degree (4 of
Aries/Cancer/Libra/Capricorn), those areas of your life connected to these
rulers and points will be challenged in that way. It does not HAVE to be
negative-- even if the aspects are-- because the difficulty is an indicator
of the beliefs you hold ABOUT the issues involved. The more
"difficult"; the
more negative the beliefs are you MUST be holding on some level. The
horoscope cues you into what psychololgical issues are the issues
unresolved, that are being triggered.

The eclipse of July 1 2000 brings religious, belief system, and philosophical issues to
the fore in a way that emphasizes and demands the new recognitions of self-empowerment and
psychological emotional security issues (inconjunct to the collective consciousness
archetype of Pluto in Sagittarius). Events conspire to illuminate the inadequacies of
current philosophical constructs and force more adjustments toward self-empowering views.
The habitual-ritual sublimation of the conscious recognition of our true spiritual self
and its source, will now become painfully apparent through the impact of an unarguable
powerful insight or illuminating knowledge. Asian earthquakes and quakes in the desert
southwest area of the US are highly probable as a continuing reflection of this changing
consciousness (especially in Japan and Taiwan). The dramatization of the inner self now
comes through the silliness of futile attempts to sustain unworkable perspectives designed
only to protect the individual from themselves. Mountains will be made of molehills in
defense re: the complicating tactics the ego-self concocts to defend against concerning
the self with broader things other than this self-smothering self-protective defenses to
preserve materialistic power- And avoiding the inevitable resolution that it is
materialistic views for gain that goes against spiritual developmental tension and more
inclusive expansion that the world will begin to demand. These must be balanced. Mercury's
Rx through these degrees, reflects this need for reassessment of our inner self and
philosophic perspectives.
The eclipse moves from the 10th degree to the 11th degree of the sign of the turtle (or
crab) Cancer.
The Sabian symbols corroborate my assertion and read thus:
For the 10th degree (our consciousness is moving from):
A large diamond not completely cut.
This is a symbol of man's basic self-justification on the cultural or intellectual side,
and of the complete dependence of the world around him on his arts and skills for any
values that may be built or sustained in its eternal promise. Here all progress turns out
to be primarily the endowment of reality with expanded dimensions of significance, and
man's pilgrimage through the lower planes of being is revealed as a continual service to
higher meanings through which he
knows himself. The keyword is LATENCY. When positive, the degree is an effective gift for
dramatizing the potentialities of everything at hand, and when negative, a futile lean on
purely static merit.
Because of the mostly negative aspect to Pluto in this eclipse chart, this latency will be
reflected in the emotional clinging to outworn propagandic tools used by institutions to
continue their "spin" in direct rebellion against a new and more inclusive
philosophic world view. The inconjunct indicates that this power will be out of control,
and that a "new religion" (belief system) must replace these outworn materialism
tactic designed only for the physical survival of people and nations.
For the 11th degree (our consciousness is moving towards):
A clown making grimaces.
This is a symbol of the continual self rehearsal by which the everyday personality of man
is able to sustain its particular characteristics, and of the tentative side of experience
through which the uncertainties of life can be dramatized for acceptance or rejection
without incurring any penalties. Here is an emphasis on the ridiculous as an instructive
exaggeration of human nature, or as an exhibition of its inadequacies in a direct
stimulation to better self-realizations. The keyword is INIMITABILITY. When positive, the
degree is effective sharpening of an individual's dominant or everyday impact on others,
and when negative, a loss of personal influence through aimless self-exploitation.
This degree reflects a WINDOW of opportunity for the suppressed information to come forth
and liberate this long overdue and necessary adjustment of philosophical perspective. The
"inadequacies" of dis-empowering views is where the "aimless
self-exploitation" has been.
The lunar eclipse of July 16 is especially powerful for the transition towards this
information and philosophic conflict in the United States. A rapid change of events with
reference to information begins and triggers events with the CIA and other information
systems between August 7 and 11.

We now begin a new cycle, this cycle is based on the eclipse just passed that straddled
the SIXTEENTH degree of Aquarius (please see http://astroconsulting.com/FAQs/charts.htm).
As astrologers know, minutes of arc passed the degree of focus (i.e. the Sabian symbology,
Marc Edmund Jones, Shambala Publications, 1953/69 ISBN 0-87773-124-1) are read as the next
degree (15Aquarius55 is read as 16). Real astrologers also know, that eclipses are not
necessarily new or full moons in exactness, and this solar eclipse has the Moon applying
to the 16th degree (read FIRST) and the Sun to the 17th degree (read second), indicating a
shift from one archetype to the next as the result of the fulfillment of the 16th degree.
The LIGHTENING STRIKE conjunction to Uranus, tells us that co-creator revelation,
unconscious awakening, the recognition of choice, computer consciousness projection,
air-flight, spaceflight, extraterrestrial visitation and interaction, and DNA manipulation
issues, will be "uncovered" and re-membered from deep within our unconscious
knowledge, and brought forth into the light of conscious commandment.
The first degree I spoke of that is now being fulfilled is 16 Aquarius This degree
encompasses the idea of following one's bliss and excitement, and trusting the outcomes
thereof WITHOUT AFFECTATION and those outcomes being re-cognized as a PART of the path you
are--
From the Sabian symbols for:
Aquarius 16 A big-business man at his desk This is a symbol of personal stability through
organizational powers, emphasized in terms of an efficient participation in everyday
affairs. The maintenance of the position or advantage an individual may win among his
fellows requires a constant attention to his fundamental interests through the continual
ebb and flow of circumstances, and he is genuinely successful as he remains undisturbed
within himself throughout the ramifying vicissitudes. Personality is developed as it is
challenged to prove itself. The keyword is ACCOMPLISHMENT. When positive, the degree is
effective self-realization through achievement of consequence, and when negative,
ambitious superficiality. The formula is:
manipulating-ideal-ingenious-generalizing-physical-experimental.
The second degree we now move towards now is the 17th degree of Aquarius. This degree now
reflects the idea put forth by John the Baptist in the Christian Bible lore as: Before
kingdoms (societal structures) can change, MEN (people) must change. It PREPARES THE WAY,
for the 18th degree and the Dolphin of Sirius.
Aquarius 17 A watchdog standing guard. This is a symbol of the inviolability of experience
as dramatized for each individual through the social sanctions and legal rights on which
he may count in his own personal affairs. Community integrity requires the strengthening
of each separate participant in its common functions, so that he may stand ready to
protect and reinforce his fellows to the extent of his capacity in each moment of crisis.
Effective living is a co-operative activity such as will stimulate the highest response
from all. The keyword is PROBITY. When positive, the degree is unswerving faithfulness to
ideals and a real determination to achieve them, and when negative, unfriendly instincts
and groundless suspicion.
The formula is: manipulating-ideal-ingenious·generalizing-physical-sensitive.
The symbol we now move towards is Sualocin, 17Aquarius22 {Tantalizing but naive} moves
toward the 18th degree. Ancient texts refer to difficulties because the collective
unconscious was not awakened, and the co-creator understanding projected as
"Gods". Now these interpretations must move to more integrative delineations.
The alpha star of the Dolphin reflects the creative PLAY that synchronistcally leads to
the integrative path through synchronicity. Trust in the automatic extension of the self
without judgment. This constellation is known as the Dolphin or Sacred Fish. By Christian
times it had also become the symbol of the fish of Christianity (the true assertion of the
one called "Christ"). The follower is the naive one if empathy turns to blind
following, rather than trust in the reflective example created by the collective, and
placed in the identity of one. Now, the sciences of following are in decline, and the
positive aspect of this point is reflected in those who serve by example, empathetically
understanding the all while maintaining self-empowerment.
This eclipse point will then be ESTABLISHED (or disrupted depending on each individual's
level of integrity) by the 3-4th of May 2000, when the new moon reflects the developmental
incorporation of the ideas outlined above. This new moon is precisely 14 degrees of Taurus
with 7 planets in a stellium squaring the eclipse point. This new moon conjoins the star
Menkar {A victim of the unconscious}. Now, again these ancient negative delineations must
be revised, and here we have the tremendous potential for those so inclined and READY
because of their integrative and empowered state to transform and begin the unlocking of
the code of the collective and blend it with the personal transformation of consciousness.
We NO LONGER NEED TO BE VICTIMIZED by our own beliefs and unconscious definitions. This
timing will begin the recognition of the unconditional love of ALL THAT IS collectively,
and that we deserve happiness and abundance, simply because we exist. The Whale is the
HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS of the Dolphin (Delphinus) 8-19 Aquarius). This is the alpha star of
Cetus the Whale. The star is linked to the forces of the collective unconscious, that
which can emerge from the sea of the collective, and like the Dolphin seeks to MARRY the
two (the collective and the personal unconscious).
The Sabian symbol for 14 Taurus reflects this insight of which I speak of the coming
integration by following one's bliss with TRUST, that now is the opportunity of the
collectivity through individual inspirations:
Taurus 14 Shellfish groping and children playing. This is a symbol of the self-sufficiency
of existence on each separate level of being, thus preserving the lower orders and
facilitating the progressive development of higher ones. Implicit in the symbolism is the
connection between that life which is reaching out on a broad evolutionary scale, and that
which comes to its immediate maturity through a genuine individuality. Here is an emphasis
on self-discovery as the basic mode of greater reality. The keyword Is EMERGENCE. When
positive, the degree is the integrity of self-hood through its absoluteness o£ attention
to its own business of continuing to be, and when negative, hopeless self-diffusion
through unnecessary concern over divergent potentials of experience.
The formula is: sustaining-ideal-efficient-specializing-spiritual-responsible.

Now, the air-crashes, computer Internet hacking, the excitement of Eros, investment in the
Mir space station for public use, and DNA issues regarding the guilt or innocence of those

The critical degree triggers for this eclipse will be on the following dates:
March 2, April 5, 14, 30, May 3-7th, May 14th. These will work in conjunction with the
